We seek out coaches with a deep love for soccer and a willingness to continuously expand their knowledge of the game as they guide their players’ development. We also ask our coaches to pursue a blend of motivation and compassion while embracing a growth mindset – persistently believing in the potential for every player’s improvement.
We believe the foundation of PPFC player development is our coaches’ profound understanding of soccer’s intricacies. With this in mind, we are committed to providing ongoing learning opportunities to enhance our coaches’ expertise, including: weekly staff meetings, club meetings, coaching clinics, and more. Coaches are also urged to actively seek external opportunities for educational development, ensuring a well-rounded and continually evolving coaching team.
