Mandatory Attendance
By accepting a roster position, families agree that attendance at all long travel matches is required.
These matches are not subject to personal scheduling preference or convenience.
Limited Exceptions
Absence from long travel matches is only acceptable in the case of:
- Verified illness or injury
- Family emergency
All other reasons are not considered valid.

- Impact on future placement
- In repeated cases, removal from the team
Roster spots are earned through commitment, not only ability.
Team commitment extends beyond convenience. Development and competition require consistency.
Financial Assistance
We understand that every family’s situation is different.
Financial support may be available in limited cases for players and families who demonstrate:
- Strong commitment
- Consistent participation
- Alignment with the club environment
Support is not automatic and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In some situations, assistance may be structured through club involvement, volunteer contribution, or support of club activities.
We believe in supporting commitment, not replacing responsibility.
Support PPFC
Contributions are optional and help support PPFC programs, player opportunities, tournaments, outreach, and special events.
